The Dispatch & Delivery Process:
We try very hard to get your item to you without wasting your time, but we require your help for this to happen. Please give us as much address information as you can - and a phone number that both our staff and the courier can get in touch with you
Goods are dispatched within 48 hours!
EU delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel. On the day of delivery either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the merchandise. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a delivery slip with details of how to get hold of your parcel will be left by the courier. Please read the card carefully! You MUST contact the courier within 5 DAYS of attempted delivery or the goods will be returned to us and you will be charged up to £29 for a redelivery. If you want to collect the parcel from the courier or you lost (did not receive) delivery slip go to: www.ups.com, enter your Post Code and the consignment number provided via email and you'll get details of your local depot and how to reschedule a delivery.

Delivery Guide:
Any costs incurred due to incorrect information provided by you will be passed on.
On the day of delivery Monday to Friday between hours of 8-30am and 6-30pm either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the merchandise.Therefore we recommend that you choose delivery address where someone is willing to sign for the goods during the working hours. A signature is required as a proof of delivery.
If you choose to have your goods delivered to the “safe place” and they are missing, stolen or damaged you CANNOT CLAIM COMPENSATION and therefore we strongly advise you NOT to.
Theft:
We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. Item is delivered to an address NOT an individual. Therefore if you share an address with other people please be aware that they may take possession of your goods.
If you asked for the goods to be left in the safe place and they are not there neither we nor the courier can accept responsibility for the theft. If our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered and it is not there you must assume it has been stolen and call us immediately. We will provide you with all the help we can, but it is up to you to contact and deal with the Police.
Other notes.
Our couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes.
You can specify a delivery day by adding a note in the 'comments' box when you checkout. Saturday deliveries are charged extra.
If you need to change the delivery address after the item was dispatched the courier will charge up to £9.99 to have a new address added to the consignment
If your package is damaged do not accept delivery.
Please make sure we have a valid phone number so you can be contacted should there be any delivery problems.
Cancellation of Orders that HAVN'T been shipped.
To cancel your purchase, please send us an email to info@flairbar.co.uk, and state the reason for the cancelation.
As soon as we receive notice of cancellation of an order prior to it being shipped, we will refund the full cost of the order - unless we have had to pre-book special shipping charges for it. Please note - once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g.. gift wrapping).
Returns.
At Flairbar (Brand Owner - ROCKPRO CASES) the satisfaction of our customers is of paramount importance to us and we pride ourselves on excellent quality and service. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund or exchange . Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. You must include the original receipt that we send out with orders. Any returned items that are not accompanied by this receipt are unlikely to be accepted.
Returns Procedure:
To return goods within the fourteen-day cooling-off period, please send us an email to info@flairbar.co.uk, and state the reason for the return.
Please complete the return form on our website and wait for an RMA number.

Please use a 'signed for' service that will have an insurance and a proof of delivery. We are not responsible for the safe arrival of the item.
The item must arrive to the return address provided above within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation
Once we receive the goods they will be inspected and if in good condition you will be refunded the full purchase price. You will not be refunded the original shipping cost.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s unless we delivered it to you in error, or the item you received is damaged or defective.
